Recipe Ingredients for chicken nuggets w/ veggies

16 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
2 cup Steamable California Blend
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for chicken nuggets w/ veggies

  1. Steam veggies then puree with egg and garlic powder until smooth.

  2. Add cubed breast meat and pulse until a slightly chunky consistency.

  3. Form 2 inch balls and roll in panko.

  4. Flatten slightly on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake @ 350' for 20 minutes then turn over and continue 15 minutes. Nuggets should be golden brown with an internal temperature of 160'
