Fried chicken nuggets, batttered and fried

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken nuggets

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 Serving Chicken
1 serving Milk 2% Reduced Fat

Recipe Directions for Chicken nuggets

  1. * Add whatever spices you wish to the chicken and the flour, not the egg or the oil*

  2. beat egg and milk together

  3. cut chicken breast into small nugget sized pieces

  4. heat oil to medium high in saucepan

  5. dip chicken in egg mix and then in flour, lay aside

  6. once all chicken is battered, dip in egg again, then flour

  7. place in oil, flip only once

  8. drain on paper towels
