Add Italian seasonings to crumbs for added flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets

1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 chicken Breast
1 small Egg

Recipe Directions for Chicken Nuggets

  1. Cut chicken breast in strips.

  2. Mix egg with 2 Tbsp water, and scramble it.

  3. Dip chicken piece in egg, let drip off.

  4. Dip next in crumbs. Coat well.

  5. Line up on cookie sheet.

  6. Note: Can mix Italian seasoning to crumbs for added flavor. (Or whatever spice you like)

  7. 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.

  8. Turn half way into cooking.

  9. Note: If you want to freeze these, put cookie sheet (Or on a plate) in the freezer, once frozen place in ziplock bag, label and freeze.
