Recipe Ingredients for chicken nuggets

25 ounces chicken
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for chicken nuggets

Cut the raw chicken into bite size pieces. Coat them with a combination of the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Spread them on a cooking sheet covered with Pam spray, and spray them again to cover. Can salt them with garlic salt or with herbs of choice. Bake at 400 for at least 20 minutes. Turn them or stir them up if needed, halfway thru cooking. Can be served with honey, or duck sauce.
