Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets

1 chicken breast
8 tbsp flour
1 tbsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp pepper
1/4 cup reduced fat milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken Nuggets

  1. mix flour salt and pepper in bag

  2. take 2 tbsp of flour mixture and put in bowl

  3. add milk and stir to make paste

  4. cut up chicken and soak in batter

  5. put into flour bag and shake

  6. cook in hot oil for 8 mins
