Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Noodles

32 oz Chicken
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, diced Celery
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, whole Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
1 cup Broccoli
3 clove Garlic
1 box Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti
4.66 oz Chicken Stock
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Noodles

Trim chicken breast and cut into about 1 inch pieces. Start warming olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Crush garlic cloves and add to oil. Dice celery and onion. Start browning chicken in oil. After chicken is mostly cooked, add onion and celery. Cook for a few minutes, until onion is soft. Then add chicken stock and water. Once all combined, add sugar snap peas and broccoli. Cover and let simmer. While chicken mixture is cooking, prepare box of pasta per box instructions. Once cooked, add pasta to chicken and vegetables, toss together and serve.
