My Mom's classic recipe, kicked up just a notch.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Noodles

25 oz chicken breast (Recommend two cans)
12 oz egg noodles
2 1/2 c carrots, diced
1 1/2 c onion, chopped
1 c celery, diced
1 c chicken stock
2 c low sodium chicken broth
5 c water
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Noodles

Dice onion, carrots and celery. Add to large stock pot. Add chicken, chicken stock, broth, water, seasonings. Bring to boil and cook until vegetables are tender. Add in egg noodles, cook until noodles are tender. Simmer until ready to serve, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
