using whole wheat egg noodles and boneless skinless thighs -might need to tweek amount of broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Noodles

1.46 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
9 2/5 oz whole wheat egg noodles
4 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Noodles

  1. Put thighs and broth in crock pot. Cook on low x 4-5 hours, until chicken is done.

  2. Switch crock to high.

  3. Shred thighs with 2 forks in crock.

  4. Add noodles. Cook x about 1 hour until noodles are done.
