Homemade Chicken & Egg Noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken & Noodles

2 lbs Chicken breasts
5 Eggs
2 1/2 cups of Flour
2 tbs of Salt
1 tbs of Butter
1 tbs of Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Noodles

  1. Boil Split Chicken breasts in a large pot.

  2. Mix eggs, flour, and 1 tbs salt in a bowl

  3. Roll mixture with a rolling pin (the thiner the noodles, the faster they cook)

  4. Cut noodles.

  5. Remove fully cook chicken from pot.

  6. Add more water if needed and 1 tbs of butter.

  7. After butter melts, put in noodles, salt, and pepper.

  8. Shred and de-bone chicken

  9. Cook until noodles are tender.
