easy chicken soup. just add everything to the pot. Keep in mind the skim the fat and take the skin out

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, noodlem, vegetable soup

15 oz chicken
1 quart water
12 oz red kidney beans
5 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 turnip
1 bunch spinach
1 medium onion
1 green onion
6 oz noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken, noodlem, vegetable soup

  1. boil chicken on bones (i use leg quarter)

  2. 15 -20 minutes later start skimming the fat form the top.

  3. Chop up onion and green onions, add the pot

  4. Keep an eye on soup and keeping skimming fat while letting the soup gently boil/simmer for 45 minutes.

  5. take chicken out and take meat off bones and skin off bones. Add meat to soup and discard the fatty skin.

  6. keep the bones and boil with water in a smaller pot. ( you will need this when the soup starts to get too thick)

  7. chop all vegetables however desired

  8. add everything to the pot

  9. let simmer while skimming fat off the top

  10. serve while hot on a cold night.
