Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Noodle and Vegetables

1 chicken breast, meat only
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion
1 cup zucchini
2 cups tomatoes
1 cup peas
1 cup lima beans
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Noodle and Vegetables

  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces,

  2. brown in olive oil

  3. add onion and cook until fragrant

  4. add remaining ingredient (except noodles)

  5. simmer 1 hour

  6. add noodles and cook additional 15 minutes.

  7. Serve
