Warm wonderful chicken noodle soup made with home-made noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

32 oz Chicken
8 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
6 medium Carrots
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Salt, Table
1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, Cream Of Chicken

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. boil the chicken and cut into cubes

  2. add chicken and everything else minus the flour, egg and milk and a tbs of salt to a stock pot and let it come to a boil.

  3. while the chicken mix is coming to a boil mix the flour, egg and milk and 1 tsb of salt in a bowl adding flour or milk until it's slightly sticky.

  4. knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.

  5. Roll out on a cutting board (best to flour the cutting board first) to 1/8 inch thick. using a knife (or a pizza cutter works great) cut the the dough into 2 inch long strips about 1/4 inch wide

  6. once the chicken mix boiling slowly add the noodles making sure to keep them separated.

  7. Allow to boil for at least 10 minutes string occasionally
