A creamy and filling version of a Thai Classic

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

450 grams Chicken Breast
1 small Onions
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving chicken stock pot
15 grams Chilli
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
500 grams Plain Niblets Corn
3 Serving Noodles
8 serving Blue Dragon Light Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Blitz Onions, Chilli, Ginger and Garlic with a little water in a food Processor.

  2. Place in Pan and fry in a little garlic oil while you cut up the chicken.

  3. Cut chicken into bitesize chunks and add to pan.

  4. When chicken is white add a chicken stock cube and 1 tin of coconut milk.

  5. Add to tins of drained corn, and add the noodles.

  6. Sprinkle in some Garam Marsala, Nutmeg, and chilli powder if you want it hot.

  7. Bring to boil, slow cook in low oven for 2 hours.
