Easy one serving chicken noodle soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken noodle soup

1 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 large Carrots, Baby
3 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
2 oz Wide Egg Noodles
1 Serving Chicken
1 grams Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken noodle soup

  1. In medium saucepan melt butter. Cook vegetables in butter, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in flour, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Add broth and chicken in small bite sized pieces. Bring to boiling for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken in cooked. Stir in noodles. Return to boiling 8 to 10 more minutes until noodles are tender. Ladle into bowl.
