Chicken Noodle Soup with mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

12 4/5 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 cloves garlic
1/10 ounce fresh rosemary
1/10 ounce fresh thyme
1/10 ounce fresh basil
1/10 ounce fresh oregano
5 ounces onion
3 1/2 ounces celery
3 ounces carrot
4/5 ounces green pepper
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
2.44 cups egg noodles (used 6 ounces ronzi yolk free)
6 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Brown chicken. Pull chicken from pan. Sautee onions until translucent. Add celery, carrot, green peppers and sautee for a couple of minutes. Add garlic and sautee for another minute.

  2. Add remaining ingredients except egg noodles. Cook for 30 minutes (or until you are ready for it) add noodles 20 minutes before serving.
