Recipe Ingredients for chicken noodle soup

4 cups roasted chicken, shredded
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
10 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup noodles
1 tsp garlic
1 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken noodle soup

  1. heat oil, medium high

  2. add garlic, chopped celery, onion and carrots

  3. heat until onion is translucent

  4. add chicken, noodles and broth

  5. simmer until noodles are tender

  6. season to taste with rosemary, sage, salt, pepper, oregano or parsley
