Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Chicken soup that tastes good and freezes well !!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle soup

24 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 carrots
2 c chicken stock
16 oz Egg Noodles
1 tbl garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 chicken boullion cubes

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle soup

Bake 3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts for about 40 mins. While baking make soup base. 8 cups water, 2 c. organic chicken stock, 3 chicken boullion cubes, 1 tbl. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Simmer till chicken breasts are cooked. Chop and put in with base. Add 6 carrots, peeled and sliced. Simmer about 2 hours. Cook 2 cups noodles and to base. Serve. I freeze 1 cup portions in lidded plastic cups. When I thaw to eat I add about 1/2 c. water to bowl.
