Use No Yolks Kluski noodles to reduce cholestoral. Use lower salt chicken broth to reduce sodium. May be thickened with cornstarch and water if preferred.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

2 1/2 cups Noodles, Egg, Dry, Enriched
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
12 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
3 cups chicken, diced

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Cook and dice chicken. Set aside.

  2. Cook and drain noodles. Rinse with cold water. Set aside.

  3. Bring chicken broth, oil and poultry seasoning to boil. Add chopped vegetables and simmer until tender.

  4. Add noodles and chicken.
