Recipe Ingredients for chicken noodle soup

1 quart of water
2 cups diced chicken
2 cups green peas
1 cup noodles, whole wheat
2 onions, diced
3 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for chicken noodle soup

  1. boil chicken pieces with bones to make broth.

  2. Chill and scrape fat off broth. Take chicken from bones.

  3. Saute onion and garlic, then add broth and chicken pieces and bring to a boil.

  4. Add whole wheat noodles and peas and bring to a boil, cooking for about 15 minutes.

  5. Serve.
