From the EatingWell website. Low calorie soup. (I ended up with more sodium than necessary, but that can be altered.)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

10 cups water
10 tsp chicken bouillon
8 7/10 oz carrots
4 2/5 oz celery
1 tsp ginger
6 cloves garlic
3 cups pasta
3 cups cooked chicken
3 tbsp dill
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Bring water and bouillon to boil

  2. Add carrots, celery, ginger and garlic

  3. Boil for 10-20 minutes on medium heat till vegetables are tender

  4. Add pasta and cooked chicken

  5. Simmer until noodles are tender

  6. Stir in dill and lemon juice and serve
