A quick and easy chicken noodle soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

6 cups chicken stock
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups egg noodles
1 onion, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 potato, diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Pour chicken stock into a large soup pot. Bring to a simmer.

  2. While the stock is heating, chop up all of your veggies. Add veggies to stock.

  3. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and add to boiling stock.

  4. Let chicken cook all the way through.

  5. Add noodles and cook until tender. Enjoy!
