Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

2 cup egg noodles
1 Chicken, Dark Meat, Meat Only
4 carrots
4 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long celery
253 g frozen peas (package+(10+oz)+yields)
3 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp pepper
10 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Boil a chicken carcass in 5-6 cups of water for 2 hrs.

  2. Cook egg noodle in separate pot, then add them with the water to the chicken.

  3. Add peas, carrots, and celery. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cook for at least 1 hour.

  5. Add more water if needed before serving.
