Homemade chicken noodle soup with left over roasted chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

5 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
4 oz Rotini
1 cup, chopped or diced(140 g) Chicken, Roasting, Meat Only
2 medium Carrots
2 small Onions
1 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
4 clove Garlic
1 serving Green Onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. boil left over chicken 1 hour with water (and some seasoning salt if desired

  2. add carrot, potato, garlic and onion. Continue to boil (until potatoes are cooked)

  3. While soup is boiling cook pasta seperately and set aside.

  4. In soup bowl put 1/3 cup of noodles, tomatoes (diced fresh) as many as you please, some fresh parsley and one or two green onions chopped up.

  5. Pour hot soup over remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Enjoy
