Yummy homemade chicken noodle soup! Good for sick husbands. :)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

48 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
16 oz Beef Broth
4 medium Carrots
1 small Onions
3 stalks Celery
1 1/2 serving 1/4 White Rotisserie Chicken, No Skin
2 1/2 cup Noodles, Egg, Dry, Unenriched
1 1/2 1tsp Olive Oil
20 spray I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. -Dice onion, carrot, and celery.

  2. -Saute veggies in olive oil until soft, at least 5 minutes. (Add salt, if desired, and plenty of pepper. Also add thyme.)

  3. -Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

  4. -Add noodles and cook for about 4 minutes. Add shredded/diced rotisserie chicken, and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.

  5. -Take off heat and serve.
