Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup

2 Serving Chicken
1200 grams Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
3 medium Carrots
3 oz dry Vermicelli

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Place the chicken breasts and the chicken stock in a large saucepan and simmer for 25-30 mins.

  2. Skim and foam from the surface if necessary and remove the chicken breasts from the stock and place to the side.

  3. Add the carrots (peeled and sliced) and the vermicelli and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Thinly shred the chicken and place into serving dishes.

  5. Season the soup to taste and pour over the chicken. Serve immediately
