Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Soup - quick

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion
3 celery stalks
6 cups fat free chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 1/2 cups diced chicken breast
3 carrots
2 medium potatoes
1 cup fresh green beans
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Soup - quick

Saute onion and celery in olive oil until they begin to stick. Add broth, garlic salt, ground pepper, parsley, and bring to boil. Add chicken, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and water, and turn down to low. Simmer until vegetables are not quite cooked. Add noodles, and simmer for last 5 minutes.
