Chicken Noodle and Green Chili cassorole

Recipe Ingredients for chicken noodle & green chili

12 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
12 oz Egg Noodles Extra Wide
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
10 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
10 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup
6 oz Cheese Mexican Mild
18 chili Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for chicken noodle & green chili

  1. Place 12 oz of chicken in crock pot, cook on high until meat shreds.

  2. Place chicken in bowl and add cream of mushroom, cream of chicken 1 med. onion (course chopped), and 12oz of cooked extra wide noodles.

  3. Layer in a 9"x13" glass baking dish, begining with a layer of 1/2 chicken mixture, then a layer of whole green chili, and 3 oz of 12 thin slices of cheese

  4. repeat with second layer and bake at 350 for 45 min.

  5. Last 5 min top with 12 thin sliced cheese.
