Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Noodle casserole

16 ounces uncooked chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons margarine
12 ounces of egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Noodle casserole

Cook egg noodles according to the package. Arrange in bottom of fairly large greased casserole dish or use 9"x13" pan. Boil chicken then shred up and put on top of noodles. Mix soup, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over top of chicken. Spread shredded cheese over top. Melt margarine in saucepan then mix with cracker crumbs. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6 very adequately.
