Basic Chicken and noodle casserole with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Noodle Casserole

1 1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 1/2 cup Frozen Green Beans
1 1/2 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/4 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 1/2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 serving Kraft Mozzarella Cheese with Philadelphia
1 1/2 serving Trader Joes Gluten Free Rotini Pasta
2 tsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Noodle Casserole

  1. While chicken and pasta are cooking, mix veggies, condensed soup, chicken broth, garlic and cheese in a casserole dish. Top with favorite seasonings (I use celery salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.)

  2. When pasta is done, drain and add to casserole dish.

  3. When chicken is done, cube in bite sized pieces and add to casserole dish.

  4. Bake for approx 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until vegetables and sauce are hot.

  5. Makes just over 5, 1.5 cup servings
