Delicious chicken noodle casserole!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Noodle Casserole

4 oz roasted chicken
6 ounces egg noodles
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 salt to taste
1 ground black pepper to taste
1 cup crumbled crackers
1/2 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Chicken Noodle Casserole

  1. Buy a roasted chicken from the grocery store and cut into pieces.

  2. Cook pasta and drain.

  3. Mix the chicken and pasta together.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Gently stir together cream soup mixture with the chicken mixture.

  6. Place in a 2 quart baking dish.

  7. Melt butter in a small saucepan, and remove from heat. Stir in crumbled crackers. Top casserole with the buttery crackers.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, until heated through and browned on top.
