This is a recipe for the central nachos element, the tomato chili sauce. This recipe doesn't include the accompaniments of corn chips, sour cream and cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Nachos

2 tsp oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
375 g chicken
410 g borlotti beans
410 g diced tomato
40 g tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Chicken Nachos

  1. Cook onion and garlic with oil.

  2. Add chicken and brown.

  3. Add borlotti beans and tomatoes.

  4. Add chili powder and tabasco sauce to taste.

  5. Add small amount of red wine if desired.

  6. Simmer till sauce is thick (~20-30 min).
