4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 serving Fresh Steamed Asparagus
3/4 medium White Onion
1/4 tsp Onion Salt
1/4 tsp Herb Chicken Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken n veggies

  1. Season chicken breast and cook at 350 for about 22 minutes or until it's no longer pink

  2. Steam veggies for about 20 minutes with 2 1/2 cups water, or just enjoy them raw :)
