Recipe Ingredients for Chicken 'n vegetable Curry Simmer Sauce TJ

30 ounce Sauce
12 ounce Broccoli
454 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
5 ounce Mushrooms
454 g Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken 'n vegetable Curry Simmer Sauce TJ

  1. cook chopped chicken in sauce pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil until sligthtly brown on outside and set aside

  2. sautee vegetables in same pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil until al dente

  3. chop squash into 1/2 inch cubes and microwave approx. 5min on high until soft but not mushy

  4. pour simmers sauce into large pan and add chicken and veggies

  5. bring to simmer for 10-15 minutes

  6. serve with naan bread (yummy!)
