Recipe Ingredients for chicken w/mushroos, broccoli and tomato

16 oz chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 tsp olive oil
1 onion
16 oz mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1 cup parsley
4 medium tomato
4 oz white rice
12 oz broccoli

Recipe Directions for chicken w/mushroos, broccoli and tomato

  1. heat oven 400

  2. season chicken with s&p

  3. heat oil medium cook chicken until brown 3 min each side

  4. take out chicken and add onion, mushrooms and broccoli 5 min

  5. add garlic, tomamto, parsley and s&p cook for 2 min

  6. add chicken to skillet ands cook in oven for 10 min

  7. serve with rice
