Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Mushrooms

2 cups Egg Noodles
1 pound Chicken, cooked & cubed
1/2 cup Shallots, diced
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup White Wine
1 cup skim Milk
2 teaspoons Flour
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Mushrooms

Cook noodles in boiling water 7-10 minutes. In a skillet, add next 4 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes. Combine the milk and flour. Add to the pan. Cook 3 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until the cheese melts. Serve over pasta.
