Recipe Ingredients for CHICKEN-MUSHROOMS-PINEAPPLE w/wilted spinach

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minces
12 oz chicken breasts, skinless
6 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c pineapple w/juice
2 tbsp corn starch
12 oz fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN-MUSHROOMS-PINEAPPLE w/wilted spinach

  1. Saute minced garlic in olive oil

  2. Add mushrooms & 1/8 cup water; cover & cook for 2 min

  3. add crushed pineapple w/juice

  4. add 2 tbsp Bragg liquid protein

  5. sprinkle 2 tbsp corn starch over mixture and stir to thicken sauce, when thicken

  6. then add fresh spinach and cover with glass lid (so you can monitor the wilting process

  7. Serve on Rice
