Recipe Ingredients for Chicken with Mushrooms and Peas

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup Peas, Green
7 grams Granulated Bouillon
110 grams Wine, Table, White
4 serving Ricotta, Granarolo
25 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 grams Buckwheat flour

Recipe Directions for Chicken with Mushrooms and Peas

First chicken in pan until nice color then take aside. In the same pan onion until soft then add thw wine, mushrooms, peas, and maggi. Add flour dosolved in cold milk and ricotta, mix well and add the chicken, salt and peper (cook until the sauce is boling).
