Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Mushrooms in "Cream" Sauce

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 serving Sour cream reduced fat
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
1/4 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
2 clove Garlic
0.13 cup Cornstarch
1 serving Dijon
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Mushrooms in "Cream" Sauce

Saute chicken breasts in olive oil - remove from pan and keep warm. Saute garlic, onion, and mushrooms until soft. Add chicken broth and white wine bring to boil. Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Let thicken. Add mustard and sour cream. Add chicken bake to pan to heat. Serve. I served over green beans.
