Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, mushroom and veg casserole

35 g peas
10 g celery
20 g brocolli
25 g carrots
35 g leeks
30 g red pepper
30 g onion
20 g mushrooms
50 g chicken breast
1 chicken stock cube
1/3 pint water

Recipe Directions for Chicken, mushroom and veg casserole

  1. Very simple, chop veg into chunks with chicken

  2. Chuck into slow cooker

  3. Put in stock and water

  4. Slow cook for 3 hours

  5. Add 1 tbl spoon of gravy powder to thicken slightly

  6. Slow cook for another 3 - 4hrs

  7. Eat
