Low Sodium Chicken and Mushroom Tacos.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Mushroom Tacos

2 tbsp Light Butter with Canola Oil
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
0.33 tablespoon Oregano
4 oz Mushrooms
1 cup,+chopped+or+diced Chicken
1 small Onions
2 serving, raw Cilantro
4 oz Monterey Jack

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Mushroom Tacos

  1. Before making anything else, cut up and cook the chicken. Set aside.

  2. Melt the margarine in a large skillet over med-high heat.

  3. Add chili powder, garlic and oregano and sauté about one minute.

  4. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and mix in the chicken, onion and cilantro. Cool for 10 minutes.

  6. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas, about a ladle per taco is good

  7. Microwave 3 tacos for about 1:30-2:00 minutes to heat them properly
