Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and mushroom stir fry

47 g pickle
4 g chilli
122 g chicken
33 g onion
51 g bell pepper
144 g mushroom
54 g tomato
44 g celery
36 g spinach
5 g garlic
1 tsp olive oil
16 g Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken and mushroom stir fry

  1. Spray frying an with non stick spray

  2. Chop garlic and chilli and onion add to frying pan cook for 1 min

  3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil (optional) with chicken, bell pepper, mushroom, celery cook for 5 min.

  4. Add tomato and spinach until spinach is wilted add celery salt, cracked pepper, coriander leaf and other flavouring you may want

  5. Put on the plate and sprinkle cheese on top
