My grandma's recipe. Chinese chicken mushroom stew that'll warm the cold winters

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Mushroom stew

1 lb chicken thigh
5 cups of water
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp cloves
1 onion - diced
8 cloves of garlic
1 lb. string beans
2 cups mushroom
1 lb. small red potatoes
2 tbsp paprika
1/4 cup ginger
2 cup rice noodle
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken Mushroom stew

  1. cut chicken to quarter chunks,

  2. boil water and chicken stock with cloves, garlic, ginger, salt & pepper, paprika, and onion(come to boil)

  3. add chicken, potatoes, and noodles(boil for 1 hour and 15 minutes)

  4. add mushrooms and string beans (boil for 15 more minutes)

  5. now salt & pepper to taste
