A delicious cream based soup that's good to serve for any occasion.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Mushroom Soup

2 1/2 lbs chicken
5 g ginger
2 oz White Button Mushrooms Packaged
4 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/4 cup basil leaves
3 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
14 grams pepper, chile habanero

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Mushroom Soup

  1. Season the chicken with season salt/salt in a soup pot for a couple of hours

  2. Add mushrooms and remaining vegetables to chicken.

  3. Add 4 cups of water to the chicken and vegetables and cook until chicken is throughly cooked.

  4. Remove vegetables from pot and blend until very smooth. Pour back into pot and add 10 cups of water.

  5. Add tomato paste to soup

  6. Add basil leaves to soup.

  7. Add salt to taste.

  8. Cook soup for about 15-20 minutes or until oil settles on top of soup.
