Chicken Mushroom Rice Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for chicken mushroom rice

2 cup Short Grain White Rice
1 cup Quinoa
4 oz Mushrooms
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for chicken mushroom rice

  1. Steam rice ahead of time, and cool in refrigerator

  2. Saute mushrooms and chicken until fully cooked.

  3. Beat eggs together, poor into large skillet, cooking in a large thin layer. Cut egg layer into square inch squares.

  4. Fry steamed rice in skillet for 5 minutes or until heated through. Then combine all ingredients in skillet and fry for another few minutes to balance temperature. Salt and pepper to taste.
