Recipe Ingredients for Chicken, Mushroom, Onion, Broccoli

7 cups mushrooms, chopped
2 cups onions, diced
12 oz frozen broccoli (1 bag), cooked
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup egg substitute
8 ounce Fat Free cheddar cheese
1 lb chicken breast, diced

Recipe Directions for Chicken, Mushroom, Onion, Broccoli

  1. Cook mushrooms and onions in pan until mostiure is gone.

  2. Cook the broccoli by the directions on the bag.

  3. Cool the chicken and dice it into bite size peices.

  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into cassole pan.

  5. Cook on 350 for 45 minutes or until warm throughout.
