Chicken and mushroom with spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and mushroom Florentine

340 4/5 grams Spinach
20 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
10 oz Mushrooms, Portabella
3 small Onions
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.66 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
3 serving Cooking Wine

Recipe Directions for Chicken and mushroom Florentine

Dice chicken, onions, celery. Slice mushrooms. Sprinkle salt pepper garlic powder and ginger in hot pan. Add chicken, cook til browned. Add water to deglaze and prevent sticking. Remove chicken. Add oil and a splash of sherry. Add onions, minced garlic & celery. Cook till translucent. Add mushrooms. Cook a few more minutes, add meat back, toss to warm. Add spinach, cover. Toss every few minures until wilted.
