Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Mushroom Casserole

6 cups macaroni, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
12 ounces chicken breast, diced, cooked
1/2 medium onion, diced
8 small mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup bread crumbs, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Chicken Mushroom Casserole

  1. Boil 6 cups Macaroni.

  2. Meanwhile, cube chicken and cook in skillet, once fully cooked, add sliced mushrooms and saute.

  3. Combine all ingredients in large casserole and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Top with whole wheat bread crumbs, return to oven and bake until browned, about 5 minutes
