Recipe Ingredients for Company Chicken munus the Cr Chix Soup

28 ounce chicken breast
4 ounce Swiss cheese
4 ounce ham
8 ounce sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Company Chicken munus the Cr Chix Soup

  1. PARTY CHICKEN

  2. 4 chicken breast halves, shinned and boned and put thru the tenderizer one time

  3. 4 slices bacon

  4. 4 slices swiss cheese

  5. 4 slices thin ham

  6. 1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup

  7. 1 cup sour cream

  8. grated Parmesan cheese

  9. paprika

  10. Heat oven to 275 degrees. Mix soup with the sour cream. Top each chicken breast with a little sauce, slice of ham, slice of swiss cheese or shredded swiss cheese and then roll up the breast and wrap with a slice of cooked, but not crisp bacon. Lay in a greased 7x11 baking dish. Spoon the sauce over each chicken breast. Bake uncovered for 3 hours. Ten minutes before serving sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Complete baking. Serves 4
