Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Muffins

2 pounds chicken, ground, raw
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Spices Cayenne Pepper
3 clove Garlic
3 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Chicken Muffins

  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees and pre-pare muffin tin by spraying with cooking oil

  2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls and place in muffin tin, mixture will make 12 muffins.

  3. cook for 40 minutes.
