Recipe Ingredients for CHICKEN/MOTTZ CHEESE over spag squash

6 oz chicken breast
4 oz sliced mushrooms
4 oz spaghetti sauce
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup spaghetti squash

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN/MOTTZ CHEESE over spag squash

  1. saute garlic in olive oil

  2. add 1 tbsp water to pan followed by diced chicken breast

  3. cook till still pink

  4. add sliced mushrooms - cover/cook 5 min

  5. add spaghetti sauce

  6. stir till blended; sprinkle w/basil and oregano and stir

  7. top w/mozzarella cheese; turn off heat and let stand till cheese melts

  8. serve on 1 cup cooked spaghetti sauce

  9. serves 2
